You can delete your Poker Galaxy account directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Poker Galaxy.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
Request deletion by email
Email support@vangugames.com with the subject “Poker Galaxy Account Deletion Request”.
Include the following information, if applicable:
- Your in-game username
- Your user ID
- The email address connected to your account
We need to verify the email address connected to your account before processing your request. If no email address is connected, we may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account.

What happens after verification?
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account data unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax or compliance reasons.
Third-party services, such as payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners and platform services, may retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Account deletion may be permanent. Access to your virtual items, virtual currency, progress, statistics, club memberships and related game data may be permanently lost.
