Poker Galaxy – Account and Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Poker Galaxy account and associated personal data, you can do this directly inside the Poker Galaxy app.
How to delete your Poker Galaxy account in the app
To delete your Poker Galaxy account in the app:
Open Poker Galaxy
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account

If you no longer have access to the app, cannot log in, or prefer to request deletion through our website, you can contact us at:

For account deletion requests submitted through the website or by email, verification of the email address connected to your Poker Galaxy account is required before we can process the deletion request.
Please include the following information, if applicable, so we can identify your account:
Your in-game username
Your user ID
The email address connected to your Poker Galaxy account
If your Poker Galaxy account is not connected to an email address, we may request additional information to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
What happens after verification
After your request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize your Poker Galaxy account data unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or compliance reasons.
Some data processed by third-party services, such as payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, or platform services, may be retained according to their own policies and legal obligations.
If you delete your Poker Galaxy account, access to your account, virtual items, virtual currency, progress, statistics, club memberships, and related game data may be permanently lost.
